5.Chemical property:
Trichloroethylene without stabilizer can be oxidized in the air. Trichloroethylene with stabilizer is table matter, it doesn't react with metal even it is heated to 130¡æ.
6. Uses:
It is a good solvent, or used as substitute of benzene and gasoline. It can be used in the degrease, deoil, dewax and paint removing of metal. It also can be used as the material of Tetrachloroethylene, chloroacetic acid, dichloroacetyl chloride, 2,3,3,3;2',3',4',4'-octachlor odipropyl ether, HCFC----123, HCFC---124, HFC---125, HFC---134a, and so on.
7.Cautions:
It is organic toxic matter, the hazardous No.: 84009. Trichloroethylene is one kind of anesthetic, it can strongly inhibit the central nervous system and cause vertigo, headache, nausea, vomit, etc. It is irritated to eyes and respiratory tract. It should be used in the good ventilating condition, the max concentration in air is 30mg/m3(TJ36-79). |
